ADMINISTRATIVE PLANNING & ASSESSMENT
Administrative planning is the pathway to institutional excellence. At Georgia State University, we use both a relational and strategic approach to help non-academic units effectively assess performance and operations.
With a focus on key areas of administration, our process ensures the alignment of unit goals and objectives, targets, measures, and results through tracking and highlighting contributions of administrative units. By integrating the needs of SACSCOC and the Board of Regents into the reporting structure, redundant reporting is reduced.
This page provides guidance and resources for those who are responsible for coordinating assessment planning and reporting for their units. If you have are unable to find the resources you need or have questions, please contact Mary McLaughlin, Director of Policy and Administrative Planning.
