In response to its January 2017 call for proposals, GSU received a total 36 QEP topic proposals, which were reviewed by the QEP Topic Selection Committee (TSC) in April and May. The committee invited three teams to prepare expanded proposals for further consideration by the GSU community. The full proposals are available at the following links:
College to Career: Career Readiness through Every Day Competencies (proposal/presentation)
Global Pathways to Student Success: A Model to Promote Global Learning for All (proposal/presentation)
My Experience @ GSU: Experiential Learning across the Curriculum (proposal/presentation)
In early October, the proposals were presented to the GSU community at the Centennial Hall Auditorium on the Atlanta Campus and the Jim Cherry Auditorium on the Clarkston Campus. The presentations were recorded and can be viewed at http://www.livestream.com/georgiastate.
In late October, the QEP Topic Selection Committee reviewed the feedback received on the three final proposals and submitted its findings to the Reaffirmation Leadership Team (RLT). In November, the RLT chose College to Career to be the basis of GSU’s next QEP.
